Deployment guide
← Back to DECOMMISSIONDeploy your customer-owned Worker
Your paid ZIP contains the source, tests, Wrangler configuration and environment-variable placeholders. It does not depend on DECOMMISSION after deployment.
1. Download and inspect the ZIP
Use My purchases → Download owned ZIP. Extract it locally, inspect worker.ts and README.md. Do not deploy if any behavior is unsupported.
2. Install and test locally
cd YOUR_EXTRACTED_PROJECT npm install npm test
Requires Node.js 22+ and your own Cloudflare account.
3. Authenticate and set secrets in YOUR account
npx wrangler login npx wrangler secret put WEBHOOK_SECRET # Repeat for each key in .env.example
Your API keys go directly to Cloudflare via Wrangler. Do not paste keys into DECOMMISSION.
4. Deploy to your own Cloudflare account
npx wrangler deploy
Cloudflare prints your Worker URL. Run test events against a staging destination before switching the original Make webhook.
5. Cut over only after independent testing
Review external effects, retries, duplicates, and availability. Do not run two write-enabled workflows concurrently against production.
Not one-click deployment. This is the credential-safe supported path. OAuth-based deployment has not yet been implemented. A successful replay against mocks is not proof of live Make parity.
No automatic Make disablement · No secret collection
